Apple today have released the latest generation of iMac's.
Powered by the latest Intel Core i5 or Core i7 processors (if you wish to upgrade). The models also feature the new Thunderbolt, high-speed peripheral connection that was first introduced in Apple's MacBook Pro line earlier this year.
The new iMac's also have FaceTime HD cameras allowing users to contact anyone with a FaceTime capable Apple device.
Apple state that the new iMac's are up to 70 percent faster than their predecessors, with graphics performance three times as fast.
The new iMac's come in four configurations:
The 21.5-inch 2.5GHz model costs £999 and has a 500GB hard drive and an AMD Radeon HD 6750M.

Both 21.5-inch models have 512MB of video RAM and 4GB of memory.
Both 27-inch models have a 1TB hard drive and 4GB of RAM.
The new models also keep up with Apple's tradition of producing environmentally friendly machines by meeting the Energy Star 5.2 requirements and by achieving an EPAT Gold rating.
