Microspot Computer Services Limited (hereafter referred to as 'we') is an independent Computer Services company located in Maidstone, Kent UK, providing services to both businesses and individuals.

On our website / in-house booking in forms or verbally over the telephone we may collect the following information from you.

- Any other data relevant to the repair or service we are offering.
How do we Process your personal data
The data controllers will comply with their legal obligations to keep the information up to date, to store and destroy it securely; to not collect excessive amounts of data; to keep personal data secure and to prevent its loss/misuse or unauthorised access or disclosure.

In order to comply with current HMRC requirements on record keeping, it may not be possible to delete or amend certain data held about you in our accountancy systems.
Data retention policy
Accountancy data is retained for a minimum period of 7 years, as required by HMRC.
In order to provide a historic record of any work done or equipment repaired by us we do not currently delete data unless requested to do so by you.
Security
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. We have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures for securing and safeguarding data we are storing. Should we find any evidence of a data breach that exposes your data, we will notify you within 72 Hours.
